Navigate to 'My Profile'. From the drop-down menu select 'Settings'. A new window will appear showing all profile settings. Select 'Block List' and then the member username that you wish to unblock, and select the 'X' next to their username.
Make sure to scroll down and select 'Save Changes'.
Note: If you have blocked a member directly from the IM and don't know how to unblock them, please follow this FAQ.
