Because Premium Membership is granted for different durations, BateWorld’s policy on refunds varies based on the length of membership purchased:
90 or 365 Day Memberships are eligible for a prorated refund, if requested in the first 30 days of activation.
30 Day Memberships are eligible for a prorated refund, if requested in the first 10 days of activation.
To request a refund, simply select, the 'Submit a Ticket' button in the top right corner of the Support page. Select 'Account Issue' as the ticket type. Explain your situation with as much detail as possible and we will process your request by email during normal business hours.
