How Do I Contact BateWorld's Payment Processors?

BateWorld currently works with two payment processors, SegPay and CCBill.

If you already have a Premium subscription, you can change or cancel your subscription directly via your profile. Please see this FAQ for more. 

If you don't have the subscription available via your profile, you can either contact the payment processor directly, or if you don't know your payment processor, send us a ticket and we can tell you.

SegPay

To contact SegPay, head to cs.segpay.com and enter the billing information used to make the purchase. SegPay can also be reached via live chat from the link above, or at 1-866-450-4000 (US) / +1-954-414-1610 (International).

CCBill

To contact CCBill, head to support.ccbill.com and enter the billing information used to make the purchase. CCBill can also be reached at 1-888-596-9279 (US).
