Some time ago we renamed and consolidated the search with a couple other search features to make finding nearby bate buddies a little bit easier.
Simply select the Member Search link under Community from the main menu. You'll get the exact same search page with a couple of added fields including an option to search by your device's location setting.
Remember, the most effective way to start your search is to start broad then filter down.
